01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pkr999 platform — whether through the website or any other means of access — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. This agreement is entered into between you (the player) and pkr999 (the platform operator) at the point of account registration.

03 Account Verification

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on pkr999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary, and pkr999 may update its supported payment options without prior notice.

Deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Funding your pkr999 account using payment methods belonging to another person is not permitted. If a deposit is made using a third-party payment method, pkr999 reserves the right to suspend the account, reverse the deposit and request verification before any further activity is permitted.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and vary by payment method. These limits are displayed at the time of deposit. pkr999 does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — this is outside pkr999's control.

Deposits are generally credited to your pkr999 account balance immediately or within a few minutes. If a deposit does not appear within a reasonable time and your payment has been debited, contact the pkr999 support team with your transaction reference for investigation.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from pkr999 are processed in PKR to verified payment methods. You may only withdraw to a method that you have already used to deposit or that has been verified as belonging to you. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Before your first withdrawal, your account must be fully verified under the KYC process described in Section 3. Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete will be placed on hold until verification is finalised.

• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed fastest — most are completed within the same session or within a few hours.
• Raast withdrawals are processed on the next available banking cycle.
• Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier and payment method. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from elevated withdrawal limits and priority processing. pkr999 may request additional verification for large withdrawal requests. 07 Gameplay Rules

All games on pkr999 — including slots, live casino tables, table games and sports betting — operate under rules set by the respective game providers and the pkr999 platform. You are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets or wagers.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or error during a game, pkr999 will attempt to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed and the outcome cannot be determined, the bet may be voided and the staked amount returned to your balance. pkr999's decision in such cases is final.

For sports betting, pkr999 publishes odds for all markets prior to the event. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a reference number issued, the odds are locked for that wager. In-play betting markets operate in real time and odds fluctuate continuously — the odds displayed at the moment of bet placement are the odds that apply.

pkr999 reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, data feed failure or technical fault that resulted in manifestly incorrect odds being displayed. Players will be notified if a bet is voided and the staked amount will be returned.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pkr999. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Opening more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised or third-party payment methods to deposit.

• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to play games or place bets.

• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing pkr999 staff or other players.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

pkr999 may suspend or close a player's account in the following circumstances:

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. In cases where the closure is not due to any breach on your part, your verified balance will be returned to your payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements are assessed.
